On 2 May, “Iavnana” Foundation held “The City Melodies” charity concert at Lado Meskhishvili drama theatre in the city of Kutaisi, involving the renowned Georgian actors and singers, such as: Medea Chakhava, Guram Sagaradze, Buba Kikabidze and the older generation “Kartuli Khmebi” (Georgian Voices) ensemble. The spectators also participated in the “Iavnana” charity action. The Didbaridze socially vulnerable family of 7 children was handed over the apartment key at the end of the event. The homeless and destitute parents had had to leave their children at a children’s home. However, the children now have a home of their own and will never have to separate from their mother. The Didbaridzes were also donated some home appliances. 6 best students got computers. The charity concert was attended by Galina Vishnevskaya, the renowned soprano and Olga Rostrapovitch, her daughter. Mr. Badri Kakabadze, the maecenas hosted the  ” Iavnana ” event.
