3 March 2014: “«Iavnana»” Foundation celebrates its 10 birthday!

On 3 March 2014, “«Iavnana»” Foundation celebrated its 10 year anniversary. The Georgian regional theatres, universities, the Tbilisi Meto, Taxi companies, 09 and 08 information bureaus, some world starts, Georgian expatriates and several international organizations joined the jubilee marathon. The charity event involved the outstanding artists, such as Paata Burchuldaze, Keti Melua, Nikoloz Rachveli, Nsational Symphonic Orchestra of Georgia, Nino Katamadze, Nani Bregvadze, Vakhtang Kikabidze, Eka Mamaladze, Teona Dvali, Nato Metonidze, Liza Bagrationi, Niaz Diasamidze, Giorgi Tsagareli, “Mgzavrebi”, “Shvidkatsa”, Sofo Nizharadze, “Tsisperi Trio”, Ia Shugliashili, Mariko Ebralidze, Murman Jinoria, David Khrikuli, Liza Ramishvili. Hiller Russel, a 12-year old American composer-singer, already the author of 60 compositions, whom the world of music is predicting bright prospects arrived in Tbilisi.

Lako Bukia, Georgian designer created jubilee T-shirts bearing the “«Iavnana»” logo and the Georgian classic writers’ citations.

On 3 March 2014, 15 families of many children were handed over the house keys.

The Foundation and its supporters are going to help out some of the distinguished students with the education fee.

The charity concert was broadcast live by Rustavi 2 TV Channel, the Foundation’s Media partner. The Rustavi 2 popular programs: “Good Morning”, Midday, Profile, Nanukas’s Show and Vano’s Show produced the jubilee features.
